انگلش یونٹی کے صدر کی جانب سے منعقد کیے گئے بک فیئر کو کامیاب بنانے میں ایچ او ڈی سر ساجد انور صاحب کا کردار نہایت اہم رہا۔ انہوں نے نہ صرف صدر صاحب کی اس مثبت سرگرمی کو سراہا بلکہ بھرپور تعاون فراہم کرتے ہوئے اس ایونٹ کو کامیاب بنانے میں عملی کردار ادا کیا۔
سر ساجد انور صاحب کی ایک نمایاں خوبی یہ ہے کہ وہ طلبہ کی بات کو توجہ سے سنتے ہیں اور ہر ایک کی رائے کو اہمیت دیتے ہیں۔ ان کا اندازِ قیادت متوازن اور ذمہ دارانہ ہے، جس کی وجہ سے طلبہ خود کو پر اعتماد محسوس کرتے ہیں۔ وہ صرف انتظامی معاملات تک محدود نہیں رہتے بلکہ تعلیمی اور مثبت سرگرمیوں کو بھی بھرپور سپورٹ کرتے ہیں، جو کسی بھی ڈیپارٹمنٹ کی بہتری کے لیے ضروری ہوتا ہے۔
