Dr. Dodo Khan, Assistant Professor, Incharge at the Department of Computer Science, GC University Hyderabad, conducted a workshop on “Smart Education: Generative AI, Impact and Ethics” at the Department of Public Health, SZABIST Karachi.

He also delivered a keynote address at the 4th Public Health Symposium held on May 13, where he spoke on the “Role of AI in Public Health.”

گورنمينٽ ڪاليج يونيورسٽي حيدرآباد جي سنڌي شعبي جي پهرين ”بورڊ آف اسٽڊيز“ جي اهم گڏجاڻي سنڌي شعبي جي چيئرمين نامياري اديب ۽ محقق ڊاڪٽر احسان دانش جي صدارت ۾ منعقد ٿي، جنهن ۾ سنڌ جي مقتدر علمي، ادبي ۽ تحقيقي ادارن جي سربراهن شرڪت ڪئي.

اجلاس ۾ سنڌ يونيورسٽي ڄامشورو جي سنڌي شعبي جي چيئرمين ڊاڪٽر نور محمد شاهه، سنڌي ٻولي جي بااختيار اداري جي چيئرمين ڊاڪٽر شير مهراڻي ۽ انسٽيٽيوٽ آف سنڌيالاجي جي ڊائريڪٽر ڊاڪٽر فياض لطيف بطور ميمبر شرڪت ڪئي، جڏهن ته سنڌي شعبي جي ٽيچنگ اسسٽنٽ مس ڪائنات چانڊيو به شريڪ ٿي.

گڏجاڻي دوران سنڌي شعبي جي تعليمي معيار کي جديد تقاضائن سان هم آهنگ ڪرڻ ۽ نصاب کي وڌيڪ بهتر بڻائڻ لاءِ پيش ڪيل 8 نڪاتي ايجنڊا تي تفصيلي غور ويچار کانپوءِ سڀني نڪتن جي هڪراءِ سان منظوري ڏني وئي.

گڏجاڻي ۾ فيصلو ڪيو ويو ته سنڌي شعبي ۾ اعليٰ تعليم ۽ تحقيق کي هٿي ڏيڻ لاءِ ايم فل پروگرام جو باقاعده آغاز ڪيو ويندو ۽ شعبي جي اهم معاملن جي نگراني لاءِ رليونس اسيسمينٽ ڪميٽي قائم ڪئي ويندي.

ان سان گڏوگڏ سنڌي شعبي پاران هڪ اعليٰ معيار جو نئون تحقيقي جرنل جاري ڪرڻ، کاتي جي تعليمي ۽ ادبي سرگرمين جو ساليانو ڪيلينڊر ترتيب ڏيڻ ۽ شعبي ۾ فهم القرآن ڪورس متعارف ڪرائڻ جي منظوري پڻ ڏني وئي.

گڏجاڻي ۾ هائر ايجوڪيشن ڪميشن اسلام آباد جي هدايتن تي سختي سان عمل ڪندي فيصلو ڪيو ويو ته بي ايس پروگرامن ۾ 3 ڪريڊٽ آورس جو آرٽيفيشل انٽيليجنس جو ڪورس لازمي مضمون طور شامل ڪيو ويندو، جڏهن ته شاگردن جي عملي مهارتن کي وڌائڻ لاءِ نصاب ۾ لازمي سرٽيفڪيشنز ۽ انٽرنشپ کي پڻ شامل ڪيو ويو آهي، جڏهن ته بورڊ جي اجازت سان ٻين اهم تعليمي معاملن کي پڻ غور هيٺ آندو ويو.

ان موقعي تي چيئرمين ڊاڪٽر احسان دانش چيو ته جي سي يونيورسٽي حيدرآباد جو سنڌي شعبو شاگردن کي جديد دور جي چيلنجز کي منھن ڏيڻ لاءِ تيار ڪري رهيو آهي، جنهن لاءِ سنڌي ٻولي ۽ ادب سان گڏ جديد ٽيڪنالاجي کي به نصاب جو حصو بڻايو ويو آهي.

گڏجاڻي ۾ شريڪ ميمبرن ايم فل پروگرام جي شروعات ۽ تحقيقي جرنل جي اجراء واري قدم کي سنڌي ٻولي، ادب ۽ تحقيق جي ترقي لاءِ هڪ تاريخي سنگ ميل قرار ڏنو.

GC University Hyderabad has received appreciation from the Higher Education Commission (HEC) Pakistan for the successful conduct of the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme (PMYP) Women's Handball Talent Hunt Sports League (Phase-I) in 2025.
