Our Year MBBS students explored the realities of addiction treatment and rehabilitation during an insightful field visit to the Benazir Shaheed ANF Model Addiction Treatment & Rehabilitation Centre, Lyari Karachi.

Led by Prof. Dr. Riaz Ahmed Bhutto and Prof. Dr. Zeba Saeed, the students received a warm welcome, attended an informative session, and gained hands-on exposure to addiction prevention and rehabilitation services.

Community-Based Free Medical Camp – Serving the Community with Care

The Department of Training & Development, in collaboration with the Department of Medicine, Al-Tibri Medical College & Hospital (ATMCH), successfully organized a Community-Based Free Medical Camp on 12 June 2026 at Al-Tibri Hospital.

The camp provided free healthcare services to the community, including consultations in General Medicine, Dermatology, Gastroenterology, Psychiatry, and Neurology. Participants also benefited from free health screenings such as Blood Sugar, Cholesterol, Uric Acid, BMI, and Bone Mineral Density (BMD) assessments.

Dedicated counselling stations offered guidance on diabetic diet management, insulin administration, foot care, and blood pressure control. Free medicines were distributed, while patients were also provided with special discounts on laboratory investigations and dermatological procedures.

A total of 150 patients received quality healthcare services, reflecting ATMCH’s ongoing commitment to community welfare, health promotion, and disease prevention.

We extend our sincere appreciation to all healthcare professionals, faculty members, staff, and volunteers whose dedication made this initiative a great success.

A refreshing step towards a healthier future! 🌿

Al-Tibri Medical College & Hospital, Isra University Karachi Campus organized a Health Awareness Walk from ATMC Gate to Hospital, followed by a Free Medical Camp on 22nd April 2026.

The walk was led by Prof. Dr. Khadija Bano, with active participation from Prof. Dr. Asad Raza Jiskani, Prof. Dr. Syed Muhammad Maqsood, Prof. Dr. Hina Khan, faculty members, students, and paramedic staff.

Together, we celebrated health and community care through awareness and free medical services. 💙
