Important Update: Prime Minister Laptop Scheme Phase-IV

It is being circulated that the Prime Minister Laptop Scheme has been launched, but please note that universities are still in the process of updating their portals and enrolling their respective departments in the system.

Candidates are advised to wait before applying online. The application portal will only be accessible after your university officially circulates a notification or letter confirming that applications can begin.

Once your university enables access, you can proceed with your online application.

Please be patient. The process is underway, and updates will be shared as soon as possible.

Orientation Session for the New Batch 2025:
The Department of Political Science, University of Sindh Jamshoro, organized an Orientation Session for the new batch 2025 on February 20, 2025, at the Department of Political Science. All the faculty members participated in the session and introduced them with the new comers. The Orientation Session was presided over Dr. G. Akbar Mahesar, Professor and Chairman, Department of Political Science, University of Sindh, Jamshoro. In his presidential address he welcomed all the new students. He congratulated the students on choosing to pursue their academic journey by choosing Political Science discipline and said that we are thrilled to have you on board.

He said students that as you embark on this exciting journey, I encourage you to explore, learn, and grow with us. Our department is committed to fostering a culture of intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, and civic engagement. Over the next few years, you will have the opportunity to engage with our experienced faculty, explore various aspects of political science, and develop valuable skills that will prepare you for a bright future. Dr. Mahesar detailed the scope and significance of Political Science and advised the students to follow the faculty by taking education seriously. In the end he said that he looks forward to seeing the students flourish and make meaningful contributions to the field of political science.

يونيورسٽيون ھئين ته شعور جي ماءُ ھوندي آھي،جتان اسان کي دقناوسي سوچ مان نڪرڻ جو شعور ملي ٿو، ان سان گڏوگڏ يونيورسٽي سارا شگفته جي نظم جھڙي پرڪشش به آ،انڪري جو ھتي جي آبهوا منفرد ۽ دلفريبي آ،ھتي ھزارين شاگرد ھر سال ڪنوارا خواب کڻي ايندا آھن،انھن خوابن جي سڦلتا لاءِ ھو منزل سان بي پناه عشق ڪندا آھن،عشق جي ھڪڙي حاضيت اھا به رھي آھي،اھو توھان کي انسان مان ديوتا ٺاھي ڇڏي ٿو،پر جتي عشق جي ديوي پاروتي ديويءَ جيئان پويتر ھجي اتي مجازي عشق ماڻھون کي ھيروئن جي نشي کان به وڌيڪ خطرناڪ لڳندو آھي،ھو اڪثر چوندي ھئي ته جدائي محبت کي ٻيهر جنم ڏيندي آهي،انڪري جو جدائي محبت جي ماءُ آھي،
ان جي لاڙي لھجي ۾ مون کي حافظ نظاماڻي جي شاعريءَ جي خوشبوءِ ايندي ھئي ڪڏهن ڪڏهن ان جي اکين ۾ اداسي ڊونچي جي آرٽ جيئان مونکي مايوس ڪري ڇڏيندي ھئي،تہ جڏهن ھڪ ماڻھون ۾ درد وڌي وڻ ٿي پوندو آهي ته پوء اھو ماڻھون ليکڪ يا آرٽسٽ ٿي پوندو آهي،
ھو گيتا جي ارڙهين آڌين جھڙي حسين ڇوڪري ڪڏهن ڪڏهن مون کي لطيف جي سر کاھوڙِيُ جو ڪردار لڳندي ھئي انڪري جو ھو عشق جي ديوي ۽ محبت جي ڪل ارتقا ھئي،ھو ڊارون جي جدلياتي جوھر کان به واقف ھئي، ته انگلينڊ جي گلين ۾ ھوڪا ڏيندڙ ڪالھ جي ٿيٽرنگار ۽ اڄ جي شيڪسپيئر کان به واقف ھئي،پر ھو گم کي اداسي ۾ رومانس ڪرائي پاڻ رقص ۾ فنا ٿيڻ جي عادي ھوندي ھئي،۽ ڪڏهن ڪڏهن ھو پنھنجن ٽٽل چوڙين کي منھنجن ڪتاب ۾ رکي چوندي ھئي ته پاڇي جي ڄمار زندگي کان وڏي ڇو ھوندي آھي ۽ ھوا کي ڪابه محبوبا ڇو ناهي،جيڪڏھن ھوا کي ڪا محبوبا ھجي ھا ته پوء اھا پڪ سان امرتا پريتم ھجي ھا،پر ھوا کي ڪو به روح ناھي جيڪو ان جي ھارمونسس ۾ لرزش ڪرائي ۽ جوانيءَ کي جوڀن ڏئي.پر ھو شاعري کي نظمن ۾ رقص ڪرائي پاڻ نثر جيان پنڌ ڪري پوري ڪائنات جو چڪر ھڻي موٽي نه آئي پوء ڪنھن ٽٽل تاري جيئان مونکان ائين وڇڙي وئي جيئن گيليڪسي مان ھڪ تارو وڇڙي ويندو آهي،
پر ھاڻي ھو درد جي ڄمار کان به وڏي دل رکندڙ آھي،اڄ جڏهن سڄي يونيورسٽي ڪنھن ڪنوار جيئان سينگاريل ھئي ھر طرف ڇڙواڳ ٽھڪ ھوائن ۾ پنھنجي محبوبن کي الوداع ڪري رھيا ھئا،پر ھو غمگين ھئي،ڄن گم ان جي پاسي ۾ ڪرسي تي ويٺل ھجي،ھو ان کي ڀاڪر پائي روئي به نه سگھي پئي،انڪري جو ان کي خبر ھئي ته ھتي ڏک انسان جو ھمدرد دشمن آھي،جيڪڏھن ھڪ عورت جي اڳيان دنيا جا سڀ ديوتا ھڪڙي آيت پڙھي مسلمان ٿي سگھن ٿا پوء مان به تنھنجي محبت خاطر دنيا جي ھر ريکا ٽوڙي سگھان ٿو ...
