Today in the Food Technology practical, students showcased their skills by preparing five products. *Pizza Bites* demonstrated their understanding of baking and fermentation with a golden crust, perfectly melted cheese, and a soft-crisp texture. *Dean Burger* was an example of food safety and GMP with a fresh bun, juicy well-seasoned patty, and neat assembly. The most innovative was *Fox Nuts Mousse* – makhana was transformed into a silky, airy mousse with a light crunch and balanced sweetness, making it the best example of value addition. *Fudge Brownie* had a crackly top and dense-moist fudgy texture, showing perfect baking and recipe control. *Chocolate Cupcake* had a soft even crumb, smooth icing, and neat decoration of commercial quality. We sincerely thank our esteemed Chairperson of Entomology and Food sciences, *Dr. Azhar Abbas Khan*, for providing the students with the platform to develop and showcase their food products. We also express our heartfelt gratitude to *Professor Dr Muhammad Zubair Abu Bakar* for his thorough evaluation and for motivating the students through his valuable feedback and encouragement."
