فخر کا لمحہ — دل کی خوشی کا لمحہ
میرا دل خوشی، شکرگزاری اور فخر کے جذبات سے لبریز ہے کہ میں اپنے بھائی اور عزیز دوست پروفیسر مفتی محمد فیصل صاحب کو ایسوسی ایٹ پروفیسر (BPS-19) کے منصب پر ترقی پانے پر دل کی گہرائیوں سے مبارکباد پیش کرتا ہوں۔
کچھ ترقیاں محض سرکاری نوٹیفکیشن ہوتی ہیں…اور کچھ ترقیاں کردار، استقامت اور خاموش قربانیوں کا اعتراف ہوتی ہیں۔ یہ انہی نادر لمحوں میں سے ایک ہے۔
محترم مفتی صاحب!
آپ کا سفر کبھی عہدوں کا محتاج نہیں رہا — وہ ہمیشہ مقصد سے جڑا رہا۔ آپ نے صرف مضامین نہیں پڑھائے، بلکہ ذہنوں کو جِلا بخشی۔ آپ نے صرف لیکچر نہیں دیے، بلکہ فکر کو بیدار کیا۔ آپ نے محض طلبہ کی تعلیمی رہنمائی نہیں کی، بلکہ ان کی فکری اور اخلاقی تربیت بھی کی۔ یہ ترقی صرف عہدے کی بلندی نہیں، بلکہ اخلاص کی قبولیت ہے۔یہ اس بات کی دلیل ہے کہ محنت رائیگاں نہیں جاتی، اور اللہ تعالیٰ ان لوگوں کو بلند کرتا ہے جو دوسروں کو بلند کرتے ہیں۔
آپ کی سب سے بڑی خوبصورتی یہ ہے کہ کامیابی میں عاجزی، مشکل میں صبر، فیصلوں میں اصول،اور کردار میں نرمی ہمیشہ نمایاں رہی۔ بہت سے لوگ کتابوں سے پڑھاتے ہیں، لیکن کچھ نایاب لوگ دل سے پڑھاتے ہیں۔ آپ انہی میں سے ایک ہیں۔
اس مبارک موقع پر دل سے دعا ہے کہ اللہ تعالیٰ آپ کے علم میں برکت عطا فرمائے، آپ کے اثر کو وسعت دے، اس نئے منصب کو امت کی خدمت کا ذریعہ بنائے، آپ کو ہر آزمائش سے محفوظ رکھے، اور قیامت کے دن آپ کے شاگرد آپ کے حق میں گواہی دینے والے بنیں۔
یہ منزل نہیں — بلکہ ایک اور باوقار قدم ہے ایک ایسے سفر کا، جو ان شاء اللہ مزید بلندیوں کی طرف گامزن ہے۔
ترقی کا یہ لمحہ مبارک ہو تمہیں
محنت کا صلہ نصیب ہو تمہیں
جو خواب کبھی دل میں سجائے تھے تم نے
ان خوابوں کی تعبیر مبارک ہو تمہیں
علم کی شمع جلائی جو اخلاص کے ساتھ
اسی نور کی تاثیر مبارک ہو تمہیں
عہدے کے ساتھ وقار بھی نکھر کر آیا
یہ نیا سفر، یہ نیا مقام مبارک ہو تمہیں
اللہ کرے یہ کامیابی ہمیشہ آپ کے قدم چومے،عزت، صحت اور سکون آپ کا مقدر بنے۔ آمین ثم آمین 🌿
A Moment of Pride — A Moment That Feels Personal
Today, my heart is overwhelmed with gratitude, pride, and genuine happiness as I congratulate my brother and dear friend, Professor M***i Muhammad Faisal, on his well-deserved promotion to Associate Professor (BPS-19).
Some promotions are routine announcements. But some are acknowledgements of integrity, perseverance, silent sacrifices, and years of unwavering commitment. This is one of those rare and meaningful moments.
Dear M***i Sahib,
Your journey has never been driven by titles or positions — it has always been driven by purpose. You did not merely teach subjects; you cultivated minds. You did not simply deliver lectures; you ignited thought. You did not only guide students academically; you shaped them morally, spiritually, and intellectually.
This promotion is not just an elevation in rank — it is recognition of your sincerity. It is proof that consistency matters, that quiet hard work speaks loudly, and that Allah elevates those who elevate others.
What makes this achievement truly special is the person behind it — humble in success, patient in hardship, principled in decisions, and gentle in character. You carry knowledge with dignity, leadership with balance, and responsibility with grace.
Many teach from books. Very few teach from the heart. You belong to that rare category. On this blessed occasion, I pray from the depths of my heart:
May Allah place lasting barakah in your knowledge.
May He expand your influence in goodness.
May He make this new position a source of khidmah for the Ummah and sadaqah-e-jariyah for you.
May He protect you from unseen trials and grant you ease in every responsibility.
May every student whose life you touched become a witness for you on the Day of Judgment.
My dear friend, your promotion feels personal to those who know your journey closely. We have seen the effort, the dedication, the patience, and the silent resilience behind this success.
This is not your destination — it is merely another dignified step toward even greater heights, In Shaa Allah.
