This patient presented to our opd with pain left flank. Imaging showed a huge mass arising from upper pole of left kidney. Radical nephrectomy done via midline approach by professor muzafar uddin sadiq. Patient is doing great in post op period

Total thyroidectomy in a shortneck patient who had gross retro sternal extension with cystic degeneration in the left lobe. Thyroidectomy done through cervical approach.
