Qualification: Bachelor’s (Honors) / 16 years education (at least 2nd Division)
Age Limit: 22 to 32 years (no relaxation)

Height: 160 cm

Job Duties of Enforcement Officer (as per PERA Rules 2025)
Enforce PERA Act 2024 and Scheduled Laws in the field
Conduct inspections, raids, and compliance checks
Issue notices, summons, and challans against violators
Assist in investigations, evidence collection, and inquiry reports
Support in registration of FIRs and submission of cases before magistrates
Execute orders of the Authority and District Enforcement Board
Maintain records and prepare official reports
Ensure recovery of fines, penalties, and enforcement costs
Assist higher officers (SDEO/DEO) in field operations and hearings
Promotional Structure (as per PERA Rules 2025)
Enforcement Officer (BS-14) – Direct Recruitment
Promotion to BS-16 (SDEO):
Minimum 5 years service in BS-14
Satisfactory performance & training certificate
Promotion to BS-17 (Assistant Director Enforcement):
Seniority-cum-fitness after required service
Promotion to BS-18 (Secretary, District Enforcement Board):
Seniority-cum-fitness after required service in BS-17
Deputation possible if no suitable candidates are available at each stage
