It is circulated for the general information of all concerned that Mehran University of Engineering & Technology, Jamshoro will remain closed with effect from Monday, 14th October, 2013 to Friday, 18th October, 2013 on account of Eid-ul-Uzha holidays / festivities.

Monday, 14th October, 2013 shall also be treated as Mid Term Break in the University.

University will re-open on Monday, 21st October, 2013 after Eid-ul-Uzha and regular weekly holidays.

This is issued with the approval of the competent authority.

I'm an engineer because-

I can write more than 70 words per minute but i can't read my own handwriting..

I spend more time with my calculator than with my family.

My IQ is greater than my weight..

I can explain to 3 yr olds why the sky is blue using terms like scattering, interference, diffraction..

I know second law of thermodynamics but not my shirt size..

I have no life & can prove it mathematically..

I can translate english into binary..

I consider any non-science course "easy"..

A 40/100 is heaven to me..

My xerox bills soar higher than my train n bus tickets.!!
