To complement Govt of Pakistan's initiative under Aghaz-e-Haqooq-e-Balochistan, Pakistan Navy has established Cadet College Ormara at Jinnah Naval Base. b. c. d.

Cadet College Ormara has been established to educate the youth from class VIII to XII in order to make them a potential human resource for the country as well as Armed Forces. Cadet College Ormara has following objectives:

a. Provide quality education to the youth of Balochistan in particular and Other Provinces in general. Act as a feeder institution for Pakistan Navy / Armed Forces of Pakistan.

Groom the cadets in a conducive environment to develop their intellectual, moral and physical capabilities. Provide employment opportunities to locals of Balochistan Province.

Eid ul Azha Celebrations of Cadets at PN CCO

Eid-ul-Azha was celebrated at PN CCO with joy, unity and tradition.

Cadets of Class 11th and 12th (currently taking exams of Federal Board) offered Eid prayers at Tayyab Mosque along with faculty and the worthy Principal.

After the prayers, Cadets exchanged Eid greetings and attended festive meals arranged at Basol Cadets' Mess. The Principal and the faculty also joined the cadets during the meals. The Principal also address the cadets at the occasion, emphasizing the values of brotherhood, gratitude and discipline.

After the prayers, group photos were held to capture the spirit of the occasion.

A Guest lecture on “Joining Pakistan Air Force” was conducted at PN CCO by Group Captain Zaigham Hussain, Air Defence Liaison Officer at Headquarters Comcoast. The speaker comprehensively briefed cadets on the criteria, requirements, selection process, and career opportunities in the Pakistan Air Force. The session was attended by cadets of all classes and aimed to enhance awareness about joining the Air Force.

Such lectures play a significant role in guiding cadets, broadening their career perspectives, and supporting their future professional aspirations.

A Road Safety Awareness Lecture was conducted at PN CCO by DSP Zaffar Ahmad Bugti from the National Highway & Motorway Police. The speaker comprehensively briefed cadets on road safety, traffic regulations, safe driving practices, and important traffic signboards. The session was attended by PN CCO faculty, staff, and cadets, with the aim of enhancing awareness to prevent road accidents and promote responsible behavior on roads.

During the session, the speaker emphasized discipline, vigilance, and strict adherence to traffic rules.

Such lectures play a vital role in equipping cadets with essential life skills for their daily routines and future professional endeavors.

KHATAM E QURAN CEREMONY (RAMADAN 2025-26)

Ceremony of Khatam e Quran was held at Jamia Masjid Tayyab at PN CCO during the 25th Taraweeh Prayers of Ramadan.

During the ceremony, Vice Principal PN CCO, Commander Abdul Hyee Munawar PN, distributed certificates the Cadets who successfully completed their Nazra Quran and Souvenirs to the Hufaaz-e-Quran.

The ceremony culminated with special prayers for blessings, peace and prosperity of Muslims Ummah in general and the Country in particular.

Conduct of Sailing Workshop at PN CCO Sailing School

A two-week Sailing Workshop was successfully conducted at PN CCO Sailing School. Cadets from Classes VIII to XII actively participated in the training activity.

The workshop culminated with a graceful Certificate Award Ceremony. Commodore Shafique ur Rehman SI(M), Commander Jinnah Naval Base Ormara, graced the occasion as Chief Guest. He distributed certificates among the cadets and appreciated their enthusiasm and active participation.

PN Cadet College Ormara remains committed to fostering character building, confidence, and professional grooming through meaningful co-curricular activities.

An inspiring and thought-provoking guest lecture on “Pakistan’s Destiny: Now and in the Future” was held at Pakistan Navy Cadet College Ormara (PN CCO) on 30 January 2026. The honorable guest speaker, Mr. Masood Khan, former President of Azad Jammu & Kashmir and Ex-Ambassador of Pakistan, delivered a highly motivating address, emphasizing the importance of Pakistan and it's journey.

The speaker urged the cadets to uphold integrity, remain ambitious, serve the nation with pride, and pursue their goals with a clear sense of purpose. Drawing upon practical examples from his vast professional experience, the distinguished speaker highlighted pathways through which Pakistan can excel in the future.

The lecture concluded with an interactive question-and-answer session, during which cadets actively engaged with the speaker. At the conclusion of the session, the Principal, Cadet College Ormara, Commodore Fazal-ur-Rehman, expressed gratitude to Mr. Masood Khan for his guidance and appreciated his valuable insights.

9th Parents’ Day Held at Pakistan Navy Cadet College Ormara (PN CCO)

9th Parents’ Day of PN CCO was held on 13 Dec 25 at Pakistan Navy Cadet College Ormara with great enthusiasm and dignity. Vice Admiral Raja Rab Nawaz HI (M), S Bt, Chief of Staff, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.

Upon arrival, smartly clad contingent of cadets of PN CCO presented a Guard of Honour to the Chief Guest, reflecting their discipline and professionalism.

Principal PN CCO, Commodore Fazal ur Rehman delivered the welcome address and expressed gratitude to the esteemed guests and parents who travelled from various parts of the country to be part of the ceremony.

The event featured impressive performances by the cadets, including Parade, Mass PT, Karate, Gymnastics, Special Rifle Drill and a spectacular fireworks display. A Prize Distribution Ceremony was also held, during which shields were awarded to Best Instructors, Position Holders, and the Champion House.

While addressing the audience, the Chief Guest highly appreciated the officers, faculty, and staff for their dedication and collective efforts towards the progress of the College.

Later, the Chief Guest and parents visited the Science and Arts Exhibition, where they admired and commended the cadets for their innovative and creative projects in various domains of sciences and arts.

The ceremony was attended by large number of parents, as well as civil and military dignitaries.

Outstanding Performance of PN CCO Cadets in Bilingual Declamation Contest at Cadet College Sanghar

PN Cadet College Ormara participated in the 7th All Pakistan Bilingual Declamation Contest 2025 held at Cadet College Sanghar (CCS), where 42 institutions competed across three categories: School Level, College Level, and University Level.

Syed Nasir Hussain Shah Minister for Local Government, Housing & Town Planning graced the event as the Chief Guest.
