Laptop Distribution Ceremony Held at LUAWMS Wadh Campus

On 5th May 2026,Laptop Distribution Ceremony was successfully held at Lasbela University of Agriculture, Water & Marine Sciences (LUAWMS), Wadh Campus.

The Chief Guest, Assistant Commissioner Wadh, Akbar Ali Mazarzai, along with Director Campus Dr. Sajjad Ahmed, distributed laptops among the selected candidates purely on merit.

Speaking on the occasion, Director Campus Dr. Sajjad Ahmed extended heartfelt thanks to the Higher Education Commission (HEC) and the Prime Minister of Pakistan for this visionary initiative. He emphasized that such steps are vital for empowering students in this digital era and enabling them to compete globally.

The students and faculty expressed gratitude for the initiative, which will greatly enhance learning and research opportunities.

: وزیراعظم کی یوتھ لیپ ٹاپ اسکیم کے تحت لیپ ٹاپ کی تقسیم – شیڈول اور ضروریات

پرائم منسٹر یوتھ لیپ ٹاپ اسکیم کے تحت منتخب ہونے والے تمام طلباء کو مطلع کیا جاتا ہے کہ لیپ ٹاپ تقسیم کرنے کی تقریب منگل، 5 مئی 2026، صبح 10:00 بجے LUAWMS، وڈھ کیمپس میں منعقد ہوگی۔

تمام منتخب طلباء کو تصدیق کے لیے درج ذیل دستاویزات ساتھ لانا ہوں گی۔
1. اصل کمپیوٹرائزڈ قومی شناختی کارڈ (CNIC) .
2. سمسٹر کا اصل تفصیلی مارکس سرٹیفکیٹ (DMC) جس کی بنیاد پر انہیں منتخب کیا گیا

لسبیلہ یونیورسٹی وڈھ کیمپس میں BSDI منصوبوں کے تحت حکومت بلوچستان کے تعاون سے 10 kV کا سولر سسٹم فراہم کیا گیا اور نصب کیا گیا۔ ہم اس اقدام پر حکومت بلوچستان کے بے حد مشکور ہیں۔ یہ ہمارے کیمپس کی بجلی کی ضروریات کو پورا کرے گا اور بجلی کی مسلسل فراہمی کو یقینی بنانے میں مدد کرے گا۔ ہم لسبیلہ یونیورسٹی کے وائس چانسلر پروفیسر ڈاکٹر عبدالمالک ترین کی انتھک محنت اور دور اندیش قیادت کو بھی سراہتے ہیں جن کی کوششوں سے یہ منصوبہ کامیابی سے پایہ تکمیل کو پہنچا۔

The Prime Minister Youth Program (PMYP) is launching a comprehensive Artificial Intelligence (AI) Training Program for students enrolled in Higher Education Institutions HEIs) across the country.
This program aims to provide a structured and enriching learning experience, introducing participants to both fundamental and advanced concepts in Artificial Intelligence (AI), including Generative AI and Agentic AI, along with their practical applications across various sectors.
The training will comprise expert-led sessions, lectures, and interactive discussions designed to enhance knowledge and broaden academic exposure. The program will be delivered online through designated smart classrooms installed at selected universities and their campuses. Interested students may register to participate in the training sessions.
