To those learners with supplementary results, it’s a tough moment, but not the end of the road. Take it as a challenge to come back stronger. Stay focused, avoid complacency, and begin preparing early for the substitute and supplementary examinations, which will commence soon on 21th of September.

The University of Bahr El-Ghazal (UBG) has released its 2025/2026 academic calendar, with key dates for examinations and registration.

Supplementary & Substitute Exams: 21 September–3 October 2026

First Semester Registration: 9–28 November 2026

Second Semester Exams: 16–28 August 2027

The calendar was signed by Prof. Dr. Musa Magok Mayom (PhD), Academic Registrar.

Students are advised to take note of the dates and prepare accordingly.

The meeting was chaired by the Vice Chancellor and Chair of Senate Prof. Dr. Ereneo Bernardo Ochi and attended by Academic Registrar Prof. Musa Magok Mayom, Deans, Heads of Departments, and Professors.
