ในส่วนของพื้นที่การแสดง ณ ลานสังคีต และลานสัก มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ และพื้นที่ในการจัดกิจกรรม โปรดทราบว่าทางผู้จัดจะมีการบันทึกภาพนิ่ง ภาพเคลื่อนไหวบรรยากาศของการจัดกิจกรรมที่เกิดขึ้น ภายในพื้นที่บริเวณดังกล่าว เพื่อรวบรวมข้อมูลการจัดกิจกรรม นำมาใช้และเผยแพร่เป็นสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์งานกิจกรรมดังกล่าว มิได้มีเจตนาอื่นใด

For the performance areas at Sangkeet Area and Teak Garden, Chiang Mai University, as well as the activity areas, please be informed that the event organizer will record still photographs and video footage of the atmosphere during the event within the aforementioned areas. These materials will be collected for event documentation purposes and may be used and published as part of promotional media for the event. This is carried out solely for the stated purposes and with no other intentions.

- No video editing is allowed for the audition
- The performance must be in Folk Song style only
