It's a sunny Saturday in uganda.welcome to today's program my friends.

Your failings prepare you for a mission.you must be wondering how? critically read and take it at heart.

Every mission is filled with upd and Downs,trials, errors and failings over and over again.

Failings is absolutely normal.it happens to me,it happens to you,it has happened to everyone for us.

Every successful individual you admire has failed over and over again.the failures have been lessons to help him or her improve on way of doing things.

Friends you can't be prepared for bigger missions without having failed before.failuresare not only as bad but as good also.they prepare you for everything great that comes!

Don't give up when you fail because there's something that you are supposed to learn.just stay focused on the bigger missions.it doesn't matter where you are, what you are doing.stay motivated and you will break through.

I wish you success in all your endeavors.

Success calls for a unique skill of time.how do we use our time?the answers are disimilar.what ever u use your time for this is my ideology I would like to share with you.

Time is like a river.you can not touch the same water twice, because the flow that passed will never pass again.therefore how we use our time impacts on our success levels.

Being financially successful requires working both smart and hard.infact I call it working like hell.

Working like hell I mean you have to put in btn 80-100hours of work weekly.this will improve your odds of realising your goals.practucally an input of 100hours weekly in relation to others who work 40hours enables you achieve the target in a short period of time in relation to one who inputs 40hours.like if you're doing the same business you could hit target 6months before the other.

ALL Great things take time.

Never make any big discisions in a rush.always step back and evaluate before you go to action.

Most oftenly people always see just the end results.they only see what someone has reached,or archived.

Most people only see the end result.they don't see the effort,time, and hard work that was needed to reach those things.

Successful people have one thing in common.they all go through hard work, and not just a few minutes.infact most of them there path is Soo long.

So if your dreams and aspirations are big enough be prepared to put in much hard work and don't stop.always remind your self that.its always the same path for everyone successful in life.nobody gets it to easy.

Every day is anew opportunity to become a better version of ourselves.
Do you think already you are the best version of your self? probably not!there is always an opportunity to become a better version of your self.
I don't want to say that you are not as good version of your self but there is potential to become a better one.
If you have to be successful you really have to keep this in your mind and do the things which increase your parsonality.
