Triathlon Club at Iowa State University Welcome to the official page of the Triathlon Club at Iowa State University!

The Iowa State University Triathlon Club was founded in 1998 by a small group of students who wanted an opportunity to learn more about the sport on campus. Since then, the club has grown to more than 70 members including ISU students, faculty and staff, and local Ames community members. As one of the largest student organizations on campus, we exist to bring students together who are interested i

n the sports of swimming, biking, and running, and to increase participation in the sport of triathlon at the collegiate level. We welcome members of all fitness and commitment levels from those who have never swam, bike, or ran before to those that compete at a national level. We are a USA Triathlon affiliated club team and a part of the Midwest Collegiate Triathlon Conference (MWCTC). Gold Sponsors:

This past weekend, we traveled to Oakdale, Minnesota, to compete in the Oakdale Fall Classic Du! We had the privilege of witnessing some incredible performances from both the triclones and other participants. We want to give a huge thank you to for organizing this fantastic race! We are very excited to be back out racing this season and can’t wait to see what the future of this season holds for us.
