All the tenants left their houses in great shape! Look like University Places will be returning all the security deposits.

Saturday we took all this trash to the dumpsters - We rented a trailer and it took 6 visits to the friendly student dumpsters. Thank you City of Ann Arbor!

There were 4 more piles like this in the back yard that were cleaned up.
