This letter is written to request as of right the immediate release of Marcus Ivey, my son from hostile conditions of United States Military hostage, coercion, and abuses done solely to protect the identities of our abusers. I have survived domestic violence which occurred when Marcus was an infant. I did not know the domestic violence had extended to abuses against Marcus until recent years when United States military conditions of rape, torture, and other abuses occurred as attacks and retaliation against my reports against me. These attacks were exposed to be sourced by the United States Military while I attended Colgate Rochester Crozer Divinity School when my reports of sexual harassment escalated into reports of rape and were retaliated against with eviction. The United States was present at the eviction lock out despite that the United States Department of Education had refused to assist me. In response to my queries about the United States presence at a local eviction matter, Colgate Rochester Crozer Divinity School was made a Defense Department Contractor for Veteran’s housing despite that no facilities were available except student dormitories which were nearly at capacity. I was wrongfully terminated from the school not for my grades which were very good, but because I had reported rape and withdrew my claim when the United States Department of Education would not assist me. My sons and I have been raped by the United States military all of our lives. I had not known about the attacks because they anesthetized me before the attacks. Marcus, my only remaining son has suffered all of his life as did his deceased brother. They are currently holding Marcus hostage in order to prevent their prosecution. The person known to be participating in the violation of Marcus’ rights in addition to his biological father, Melvin Ivey, St. is Gary Pipper his former next door neighbor who is military connected and professed Naval Veteran. I watched as he received mail from Marcus’ mailbox which had been properly post marked but delivered to my mailbox. I placed the mail in Marcus’ mailbox. I watched as the man believed to be performing some form of surveillance believed to be named Vance took the mail and gave it to Gary Pipper who had speeded to his home next door. I watched from the bus stop some distance away. I have official surveillance across the street from me as well which is maintained solely for purposes of furthering the crimes, abuses, and attacks against me. I believe abuses against Marcus occur in his activities of daily living on his job and in his home as in my case. Barack Obama

While using the facilities of Georgia State University this year to research solutions to the obvious presence of the United States Military retaliation and attempts to cause conditions of false imprisonment, and homelessness against me, a student of the university rebelled against the stalking he was literally forced to perform against me. He placed his telephone on speaker phone so that I could hear the abusive white male voice yelling at him over the phone, “You are obtaining evidence!” I am continuing to report the matter as it is not resolved. It does mean the United States Military have engaged in illegal activities at two institutions of higher education and possibly more. Nevertheless my reporting of injustices which affect my life and my son’s life as well are within my rights, especially knowing the restrictions and lies to which my son has been exposed. He has been yelled at by an irate white male as he sat on my porch. Just as I have been under official surveillance for purposes of furthering the crimes so has Marcus. Local police and other official agencies are involved and participated in the death and assault fear against my deceased son. I have an Affidavit signed by my neighbor and filed with the Superior Court here showing police deprivation of service for my emergency calls made from her home. Services were denied until the intruder was allowed to get away for nearly two hours amounting to frank denial. Needless to say and as intentionally devised through assault fear attacks against Marcus I found him to have an unreasonable fear of police. Marcus has made two attempts to come to my home for refuge this year but he is terrified of corrupt law enforcement including the Georgia Bureau of Investigation agents across the street from me that work in collaboration with others on the street where I live. Therefore, Marcus needs an official proclamation that these attacks are wrong and constitute treason against United States citizens. Marcus also needs a protective order against his known abusers, his biological father, Melvin Ivey, Sr., Gary Pipper and any of their agents. I write this because of United States Military interference at all levels of our lives including deprivation of government services and protection. Your intervention will be appreciated. As with the initial petition sent to you in 2009 reporting the extremes of their criminal acts, this is an emergency involving the well-being of a United States citizen your immediate attention will be appreciated especially since I am reporting attacks against United States citizens constituting no less than a state of War against us.
