The most critical step in making a HOUSE a HOME is to have a home inspection conducted so you are aware of any observable defects that may impact your dream home. Since this step is the most critical, we at Elite Inspection Services, do not take the inspection process lightly. When it comes to inspecting a home, we put pride in every inspection and we understand that no two properties are the same and should not be inspected the same. At a minimum, we follow all legal requirements as well as InterNACHI standards of practices, but we tailor our inspections to gather and present to our clients the most reliable and complete information possible to make the DREAM HOUSE your DREAM HOME. Who We Are

Elite Inspection Services was founded in the Spring of 2015 by Corky Dowdy. Corky has worked in the Environmental Health and Safety field for 8+ years. He also has experiences in the construction field and understands the basic concepts of building science. With the foundation of being able to identify and mitigate hazards and a knowledge of building science it was only fitting that he reached out and became a Certified Home Inspector. Corky Accomplishments and Certifications:
•Is a Graduate of Marshall University with a Bachelors Degree in Safety Technology
•Is a Graduate of Home Inspector Training Institute L.L.C.
•Passed the National Home Inspector Exam® (NHIE)
•A Member of the International Association if Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI)
•West Virginia State Certified and Licensed
•InterNACHI Certified Deck Inspector
