Our Story

Welcome to the DEW (Diversity and Employee Well-Being) Lab at Louisiana State University! The DEW Lab is led by Dr. Rachel Williamson Smith, Assistant Professor of Industrial/Organizational Psychology at LSU. Our research team is conducting research on both the good (mindfulness, engagement) and bad (work-family conflict, workaholism) aspects of employee well-being, the experiences of individuals from diverse backgrounds, and personality and individual differences. The goal of our page is to share research opportunities and lab updates!
