A night of violence through Birmingham continued into Wednesday’s predawn hours when a man was fatally shot during a small gathering at his home.The city’s East Precinct officers were dispatched at 2:13 a.m. to a home in the 6800 block of 68th Street South, which is off Exeter Avenue.
