What a beautiful day at Clark Park! Free archery lessons along with a little competition between the Mountaineers! A big thAnk you to Alumni Ranger Rusty for hosting us and giving the lessons!

Next outing with be at Woodpeckers Baseball, July 30th, First Responders Night AND Thirsty Thursday (1st drink is on us!)

Today, Appalachian State University is closed in recognition of Memorial Day and the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in defense of our country and our freedoms.

The university remembers and honors the students, faculty, staff and alumni who gave their lives while in service to our country. The names of the fallen are inscribed on a memorial plaque next to the B.B. Dougherty Administration Building in the heart of the Boone campus.
