Membership in ΔΦE Delta Phi Epsilon International Sorority starts in college, but it truly lasts a lifetime. As alumnae leave college and pursue careers around the world, they receive continued support from their sisters through alumnae groups. These associations exist in order to continue the ΔΦE Delta Phi Epsilon experience well past graduation and to reconnect members with other alumnae. Member

ship in an association provides you with tools for leadership, networking, and volunteering opportunities, as well as a space to continue empowering collegiate and post-grad women. The ΔΦE Delta Phi Epsilon Boston Alumnae Association is committed to the growth and development of members beyond their college years and helping sorority alumnae feel at home no matter where their lives may take them. This is the Philosophy of Engaged Alumnae:
An engaged alumnae member of ΔΦE Delta Phi Epsilon promotes the values of Justice, Sisterhood and Love for a lifetime. Their involvement is tailored to their current stage of life and what is attainable for their lifestyle. No matter your level of involvement, your engagement is critical to the growth and success of ΔΦE Delta Phi Epsilon. Engaged alumnae pay international alumnae dues annually or are lifetime link members. They continue to promote membership in ΔΦE Delta Phi Epsilon through collegiate recruitment and the alumnae initiate program. Members maintain updated contact information in the ΔΦE Delta Phi Epsilon database and seek connection to other members of the sorority. Do we have members here who are good with graphic design? We are thinking about an official Boston AA shirt or other merch. We are hoping to set something up with a print on demand producer so we will not have to warehouse/fund inventory.

We will be electing our next Leadership Team at our upcoming membership meeting on Monday, July 29th! 🎉

Nominations are still open! You can nominate another active member or yourself for any of the following positions until Friday, July 26th:

🔹 President
Attend and facilitate all Leadership Team meetings and membership meetings.
Supervise work of all officers.
Perform and preside at all rituals and ceremonies.
Communicate all information to IHQ.

🔹 Vice President of Operations
Manage the budget of the Delta Phi Epsilon Boston Alumnae Association.
Oversee administrative tasks, collect and manage dues.
Plan fundraising efforts.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies.

🔹 Vice President of Programming
Manage personal development and community activities.
Direct philanthropy, community service, social, and regional event programming.

🔹 Vice President of Cultivation
Manage the membership recruitment program.
Build and maintain relationships with local alumnae and collegiate chapters.
Manage social media and websites.
Design emails, newsletters, and other media.
