Through the years of coaching and getting it right and wrong. When I get the updates from players that are improving and their teams notice it, thats what its about. This young lady has only been with me a few weeks working her tail off, and is making strides. I love that the jersey they wear doesnt matter, but the growth. I thank God for allowing me a ministry like being a hitting coach to be a small part of players an their families lives to poor into them. Great job Hadley and keep FLEXing.

Had to make a bragging post on a player that is part of the hitting program at ETX FLEX. Kate is a baller playing for Bombers Dodson 10U who had a ITP Homer in the semifinal game that was absolute missile to right center. We have been working really hard on slash hitting, and she nailed it. Way to FLEX KD and keep working girl.
