Wishing everyone a great 2026! Featured here is one of our recent residential floor projects in Castle Rock. Our team used the Westcoat fast-stain brown system, brightening the space with earthen warmth and glow. This finish not only protects and lengthens the life of concrete but also transforms it in a uniquely show-stealing way! Check out the before and after!

To give this basement floor in Centennial its rich, mahogany finish, we used the Westcoat Fast Stain system, low in VOC and an excellent choice for existing concrete in commercial or residential spaces. We love the glossy shine of this refreshed floor!

We recently refreshed this pool deck Avana Thornton Station using the Westcoat 11-10 system, which combines an epoxy basecoat with a durable, acrylic topcoat for a sleek and long-lasting concrete finish that's awesome for outdoor surfaces! For this residential basement floor in Parker, CO, our team used the Westcoat Specialty Coating Systems Liquid Dazzle application in a bamboo color. To achieve the homeowners' desired effect, we applied two topcoats, which really made this floor shine!

Thanks to Remodel Edge for bringing us in on this basement remodel! Our team used a Fast Stain system with gray and black colors mixed to create a nice charcoal, and the floor was sealed using the Westcoat Specialty Coating Systems SC-65 semi-gloss for a really radiant finish. After the new floor was put down, painters applied tape to the clear coat, and this created some unwanted markings. This was a good reminder that tape applied to any clear coat, whether it be on hardwood or concrete, can damage a floor. Luckily our crew was able to come back and fix these spots to avoid costly repairs, and we love the final product!

Many thanks to AJ Kirkegaard Contractors, Inc. for bringing our team in on this awesome project in the Cherry Hills neighborhood! We renovated three areas of the home: the barn floor using a concrete polish, the basement floor using a metallic epoxy overlay, and the garage floor using an epoxy flake system containing shaved mica, which creates a glittery, reflective effect.

Our team recently applied the Westcoat Specialty Coating Systems 11-10 system to this residential patio in Castle Pines, CO, which had an existing stamped concrete floor that had become worn and faded. The 11-10 system is perfect for restoring concrete sealers and stains that have bleached in the bright Colorado sun or over many long, cold winters. We're so pleased to see this patio looking brand new again!

It's great working outdoors on these warm autumn Colorado days! Our team recently installed this patio in Thornton using the Westcoat Specialty Coating Systems 11-10 system in concrete grey. This is a durable and long-lasting application that will be excellent all year round!

This residential basement floor was stained with Westcoat Specialty Coating Systems Fast Stain SC-36 Grey, and it was sealed with SC-65 Semi-Gloss Polyurethane. This combination of systems is a perfect way to both strengthen and highlight the unique color of an existing concrete floor!
