Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc. - Epsilon Chi Sigma Chapter (Chicago)

Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc. - Epsilon Chi Sigma Chapter (Chicago) G.O.M.A.B. Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. was founded at Howard University in Washington, D.C., January 9, 1914, by three young African-American male students.

The founders, Honorable A. Langston Taylor, Honorable Leonard F. Morse, and Honorable Charles I. Brown, wanted to organize a Greek letter fraternity that would truly exemplify the ideals of Brotherhood, Scholarship, and Service.

The Epsilon Chi Sigma Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Incorporated, is deeply rooted in the Chicago community. We have an ongoing partnerships with a local food repository that feeds thousands of people every year. We are also the home of a Sigma Beta Club, where we mentor young men ages 10-16. Additionally, we have a unique "adopt a family" program where we adopt a single parent family to support. Moreover, we participate in our national programs and partnerships such as Relay for Life, March of Dimes, and others. On the social side, Epsilon Chi Sigma supports many local black owned businesses such as the ETA Theatre, Pier 31 and Jokes and Notes comedy club. Stay tuned for future events.
