Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®-Chi Omega Omega Chapter hosted its final Youth Leadership Institute session and it was absolutely wonderful! 💕

Our youth leaders enjoyed pizza while playing a Jeopardy-style game focused on practicing coping skills, handling peer pressure, navigating social media, and learning how to lead with emotional intelligence. They wrapped up the session by signing a pledge to take action for mental health in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month. 🩷🧠✨

💗💚 Chi Omega Omega showed their support of AKA Day at the Illinois State Capitol! 💗💚

From May 5–6, 2026, our sisters proudly joined fellow members of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® in Springfield to “Paint the Capitol Pink & Green” through advocacy, sisterhood, and service.

Together, we raised our voices on issues impacting our communities and stood united in our commitment to Social Justice and civic engagement. It was an inspiring opportunity to connect with legislators, uplift our collective mission, and demonstrate the power of informed advocacy in action.

Chi Omega Omega is proud to continue answering the call to serve and lead with purpose. Thank you to every sister who represented our chapter with excellence and sisterly love!

With the powerful and anointed sounds of gospel artist Tiff Joy filling the room, hearts were lifted and spirits renewed as we embraced the true meaning of service through giving.
