Meet Lauren Grace Snyder, a recent PRTM graduate whose love of travel and meaningful experiences sparked her passion for hospitality. 🌟

What inspired you to choose PRTM? 🧑
Growing up, my family valued experiencing the history and culture of other countries. The people we met and the hospitality we experienced inspired my interest in tourism and hospitality.

What Clemson experience made the biggest impact? πŸŽ“
Through my internship, I fulfilled a lifelong dream of living and working in New York City. Being immersed in such a fast-paced and diverse environment pushed me outside of my comfort zone. I hope to make an impact in hospitality experience design and brand strategy by finding better ways to understand what people value in an experience.

What advice would you give an incoming PRTM student? 🀝
Build relationships with your professors, get involved in clubs and organizations, and learn from the people around you. I didn't realize the power of the Clemson network until I left, now simply wearing my class ring has opened up a world of conversations with my clients, new friends, and lifelong fans.

It's National Park Week! We're highlighting two of our recent graduates, Lydia N. Heisel and Kale Wernsing, who were both part of our Park Solutions Lab.

Lydia leads outreach and educational programs across the Chesapeake Bay Watershed as an interpretive national park ranger with NPS Chesapeake Gateways. At Canyonlands National Park, Kale serves as a dark sky ranger, interpretive coach, search and rescue team member and social media manager.

Their PRTM journeys are taking them to some pretty incredible places. 🌿🏞️
