Our mission is to build lasting relationships among members while fostering strong connections with leaders in the poultry industry.
🌟 What We Do:
Service: From canned food drives and Adopt-a-Highway to The Big Event, our members give back to the community in meaningful ways. Social: We host fun annual events like football tailgates, a Halloween party, Christmas and spring socials, and Parents’
Weekend celebrations. Tradition: Each spring, we co-host our departmental banquet to recognize the accomplishments of our students and members.
🐣 Industry Involvement:
Our club proudly represents Texas A&M at major industry events, including the Broiler Symposium and the Texas Poultry Federation Annual Meeting. We also assist with 4-H and FFA poultry judging contests at our Poultry Research Center and volunteer for wingbandings at youth poultry shows across Texas, helping thousands of birds each year! Whether you’re passionate about poultry, looking for leadership opportunities, or wanting to connect with fellow Aggies and industry professionals, the Poultry Science Club is the place to be!
