Meet a few more of our incredible singers as we wrap up this spotlight series!

✨ First up: Elyse Nadeau! Elyse is a sophomore Alto I double majoring in Music Education and Music Performance from Rocky Point, NY. She loves Chick-fil-A, ocean blue, theater, art, filmmaking, and Adele and Chris Stapleton!

✨ Next: Doniqua Quinton! Doniqua is a freshman Alto II majoring in Marine Science from Goose Creek, SC. She loves green, theater, volleyball, and Doechii!

✨ Meet Luke Johnston! Luke is a junior Bass/Baritone from Myrtle Beach, SC and is part of the Scholars Academy. He loves sushi, green, running, and Mitski!

Hello Chants! Hope you’re having an awesome Friday! Let’s get to know some of our talented singers a little better! ✨

✨ Kendall Nicholson (Soprano I)
Kendall is a freshman Music General Studies major from North Myrtle Beach! She loves sweet potatoes, the color ivory, and enjoys art, cooking, fashion, poetry, theater, and graphic design. Her favorite artists are Amy Manford and Debbie Harry!

✨ Courtney Pfister (Alto I)
A junior Graphic Design major with a minor in Marketing from Pearl, Mississippi, Courtney loves chicken adobo, the color red, and enjoys singing, playing flute, and watching TV shows. Her favorite artist is B.A.P!

✨ Damon Iracki (Tenor)
A freshman Pre-Nursing major and music minor from Kingston, PA, Damon loves açaí bowls, the color blue, and enjoys theater, piano, and soccer. His favorite artists include Taylor Swift, Elaine Hagenberg, and Rachel Zegler!

✨ Matthew Dipalma (Bass/Baritone)
A freshman Theater major from North Charleston, SC, Matthew loves chicken parmesan, the color purple, and all things theater. His favorite artist is Cynthia Erivo!

CCU Choirs were honored to have a special Zoom session with composer, Dan Forrest, as we prepare for our performance of his Light Beyond Shadow as part of our spring concert program, coming up on Saturday, April 18.

Last Thursday, we went Back in Time for Decades Day during Spirit Week!💿🎶

From 50s greasers and poodle skirts to flower children of the 60s/70s, totally 80s vibes, and Y2K style, our singers showed up ready to represent their teams.

Along the way, we competed in activities to earn points as the race for the end-of-month prize continues! 🏆

✨ First up: Caitlin Calderiso!
Caitlin is a freshman General Music major from Murrells Inlet, SC. She loves pizza, pink, theater, crocheting, and Laufey!

Stephanie is a freshman Elementary Education major, also from Murrells Inlet, SC. She loves mac and cheese, purple, singing, and Alex Warren!

Julianna is a freshman Business Management major from Islip Terrace, NY. She loves cheese quesadillas, pink, dance, theater, and Taylor Swift!

Coastal Chorale- CCU’s non-auditioned mixed choir, braved the cold temperatures during our final on December 9th for the filming of our first music video, Elaine Hagenberg’s, “You Do Not Walk Alone”. Please have take a few minutes to watch and celebrate our work together this semester.
