. ASHRAE was formed as the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers by the merger in 1959 of American Society of Heating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHAE) founded in 1894 and The American Society of Refrigerating Engineers (ASRE) founded in 1904.

We had a great time at the ASHRAE Student Night at Lipscomb on Thursday hosted by the Nashville professional chapter. We got to speak to several great companies and alumni from the Nashville area. Congratulations to Hayden Rhymer and Amy Fricks for taking all 3 ASHRAE Nashville scholarships!

Cookeville Regional Medical Center Steam System Tour: We will be taking a tour of the CRMC Steam System on October 5th with Dr. Cunningham. Meet in front of Brown at 2:50 pm to walk to the hospital. The tour will begin at 3 pm.
