OSU’s Human Factors and Ergonomics Society (HFES) Student Chapter aims to be a place for students that are interested in human factors and ergonomics to learn about the field, exchange ideas, and develop professional skills. OSU’s HFES Chapter intends to promote within Oregon State University and across the national university community to disseminate information about its existence, goals, vision

, and upcoming events. The HFES mission is to “promote the discovery and exchange of knowledge concerning the characteristics of human beings that are applicable to the design of systems and devices of all kinds.”
