What’s up Dallas Ducks!!! 🦆
Yeah… hoops didn’t give us much to quack about this year—but you already know the rule: reload, not rebuild. Now it’s officially football season (the spring version) and draft week… aka hope season.

The Oregon Ducks football spring game is this weekend, and it’s basically your first sneak peek at 2026:
Early looks at the next wave under Dan Lanning
New faces, transfers, and young guys trying to pop
QB storyline always the main attraction
Defense usually brings the energy (as always lately)
It’s not about the score—it’s about who flashes and who looks ready to make that fall jump.

Meet Sam Berman, BS '22 (public relations, journalism), MBA ’24, the events and hospitality coordinator for the College Football Playoff.

As the Oregon football team plays their way through the CFP, Sam is working behind the scenes to create memorable experiences and events associated with playoff games. From her time as a manager for Women's Beach Volleyball as an undergrad to her work raising support for UO women's athletics programs through Women in Flight, Berman's experiences at the UO have shaped her story.
