About Owner and Founder: Will Baxter has served in the United States Army and is now a retired veteran. As a graduate of Webster University, he has earned a Master of Arts degree in Management and Leadership. He has served in several key leadership positions in the military, retiring as a First Sergeant. A collaboration of his military experience includes providing and advising on organizational policies, regulations, memos and Standard Operating Procedures. His strong organizational and administration skills earned him the United States Army Bronze Star Medal, the nation’s fourth highest award for establishing, and managing the largest postal operation in a hazardous environment during Operation Iraqi Freedom. While in the military, Will has planned, coordinated and directed special events, operations and projects while working for Senior Executive level staff members. Will has earned five United States Army Meritorious Service Medals and was the Distinguished Honor Graduate for the Advance Non-Commissioned Officer Leadership course.
