“Hi everyone, my name is Arpita! This summer I’m interning remotely with a financial crime compliance firm. My position is as market research analyst and engagement intern. This usually involves both primary and secondary research on our market competitors and potential clients. I work at a startup called EntityVector and I love how closely I get to work with its senior partners and how dynamic the process always is. I work primarily in market research, but I’ve been able to take on some pretty cross functional roles to support my team when they need it! I am currently in Orlando so there might be some delay in answering questions but please feel free to ask me anything I’ll be sure to respond! See you tomorrow!”

“Hey all! My internship started early so it actually ended a couple weeks ago, but I’m excited to give y’all an inside look on interning for a hedge fund! I worked with the investment analyst team at Park West Asset Management in the bay area. As a summer analyst intern, I built financial models and did a fundamental analysis on different stocks. I enjoyed furthering my understanding of market dynamics and learning about different career paths in asset management. Can’t wait to do the takeover tomorrow! ✨” 💚

Juwi is interning at WX Brands, a wine company based in Novato, CA as a Sales Analytics Intern.
“My time at WX has been nothing short of a super fun and unique learning experience. Throughout the internship I have learned a lot not only about my role- Sales and Business Analytics- but also about different departments and career paths within the company. I got the chance to work cross-functionally with various departments and along with other interns to work on our very own Capstone Project. This internship truly gave me a chance to go 10 steps further into my career exploration journey. I am excited to show our existing and potential new members what a day in my intern-life looks like.”💚
