A few weeks ago we lost a big part of our club. Robert Froreip or Bob was our head coach for many years and he will be missed by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him.

We are so thankful to receive the Fundraiser of the Year award from Stetson Club Sports!
We couldn’t have done it without the help of our sponsors and the Stetson Alumni Engagement Team! has been one of our longest sponsors and we really appreciate their continued support! Finally, Rina Arroyo has been and amazing help with getting us in touch with motivated alumni eager to help the team grow!

URGENT NOTICE: We’re very sorry to inform everyone that our Inaugural Fundraiser Shoot tomorrow, Saturday the 14th, has been canceled. Due to COVID-19, all Stetson University travel has been canceled and all Club Sports at SU have been suspended for the rest of the semester. Thank you everyone for the support and we will keep updates flowing out as we get them.

The Stetson University Clay Target Team competed in the Spring SCTP Collegiate SE Regionals in Jacksonville, FL this weekend. In the main event we placed 4th out of 9 teams with a 590/750. In the sporting clays event we placed 4th. Some of the teams that attended were Jacksonville University, Clemson University, Emmanuel College, and Georgia College just to name a few. We took 14 shooters and here are some of our top scores:

The Hatters will be traveling to San Antonio, TX from March 22-29 to compete in the ACUI Collegiate Clay Target Championships!

* scores during the competition were based off of one round in s***t, and one round in trap. With a max total of 50 clays
