| Sometimes things come full circle. |
When this home hit the market, it quickly caught people’s attention with its location and curb appeal. For these buyer, though, it was more than just a house that caught their eye. It was a place they already knew.
A few years ago, they rented this very home. They knew the house, could see its potential and even suspected there might be hardwood floors hiding beneath the carpet. {And, yes, there absolutely are hardwoods under it! The hardwoods are already being uncovered and restored beneath the carpet and a layer of Kilz!}
Sometimes, you just know when something is right. This was the home they could picture making their own and turning into their very first home.
