Hi everyone💗 My name is Lourdes, class of 2027, and I’m so excited to take over the account tomorrow! I’m a Spanish 🇪🇸major on the pre-med track🏥 Outside of the classroom, I’m a Spanish tutor for the athletics department🏈, and I teach piano lessons 🎹through Duke’s chapter of Musical Empowerment. Some of my favorite Duke experiences have been studying abroad with Duke in 🇨🇷 , and serving as chief of staff for Duke’s Black Student Alliance✊🏾. Currently I’m a summer intern for Duke Community Affairs! I love spending time in downtown Durham and eating my way through the city🥗. I'm the Vice President of Body Empowerment Club 💕, volunteer at The Emily K Center 📓, and teach Pilates classes at Duke Rec🤸🏾‍♀️. I studied abroad in Florence 🇮🇹 and Madrid 🇪🇸. My name is Isabella Gomez, and I’m SO excited take over the account tomorrow💙 I’m a freshman👶studying History and Russian with a minor in Political Science📚, but I’m also involved in Army ROTC🪖, Rec & PE Outdoor Adventures🧗‍♀️, Housing and Residence Life (House Council this year and RA next year!)🏡 and the Program in American Grand Strategy🇺🇸. I love Wilson Recreation Center and working at the Climbing Wall, going to speaker events, and cooking meals for friends at the Catholic Center. Hey yall! My name is Joe and I am a senior here at Duke University💙! Let’s go to the class of 2026!!! I am so hyped to be taking over the Account tomorrow! I am studying Public Policy ⚖️and Education📚. Outside of the books I’ve done a lot on campus ranging from Orientation to Cultural Clubs such as the Black Student Alliance✊🏿. I’ve also worked at the Mary Lou Williams Center for Black Culture since I was a freshman. I also LOVE, live, music 🎶 and have been to more than 20 concerts since coming to Durham. I also love to thrift and I have the pleasure of showing off my fraternity’s (Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc.) biggest events on this campus, the Black Vintage Bazaar🛍️! See y’all tomorrow
