Michigan State University Alphas Distinguished. Scholarly. Intelligent. Intellectual. Courageous. Versatile. Courteous. Gentlemen. The OLDEST. The COLDEST. AΦΑ Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.

Zeta Delta chapter was chartered December 12th, 1998 on the campus of Michigan State University. The fraternity was originally introduced to the campus by way of the Gamma Tau chapter, which was chartered on May 1st, 1948. It was the first Black Greek Letter Organization at MSU and paved the way for each Divine Nine organization to be established at the university.
