Eight men upholding high scholastic and ethical standards felt the necessity to bring the organization to the campus. To this day, the Brothers of the Gamma Zeta Chapter continue to uphold the principles of the fraternity and the initial goals set by the eight young Brothers who were the Pearls of Gamma Zeta at Fort Valley State.

The brothers of the Gamma Zeta Chapter gave their classmates an opportunity to meet them at “Ice Breaker” on September 24, 2025. During the event, brothers introduced themselves to everyone and worked the crowd of almost one hundred people. Guests feasted on various flavors of ice cream and other snacks provided by the chapter and played a variety of games. One highlight of the evening was human bingo, which saw guests questioning the brothers and each other as participants tried to fill their cards with signatures from the people whose traits were described in each square. At the end of the evening, four students received gift cards for winning the bingo game. This was a fun event that provided an opportunity for the FVSU community to meet the brothers of the illustrious Gamma Zeta Chapter as we begin the 2025-26 school year.
