For our next intern Spotlight of 2026, we have a seasoned 3rd year intern in Phillip! 😁

Phillip is studying Mechanical Engineering at Purdue University. He's interning with our MEP-R Design Team in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

In the words of his mentor, Nick:
“Phillip has been a great addition to the team; he is always eager to learn and help with any tasks assigned to him. He is a quick learner with great attention to detail. Phillip has been able to quickly grasp the fundamentals of refrigeration and MEP and apply them to support ongoing projects. With the strong work ethic and skills he possesses, we look forward to seeing his continued growth in MEP-R field throughout the summer. ”

Alex is studying Accounting and Finance at Purdue University. He's interning with our Project Accounting Team in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Reminiscing on a great day with great partners 🤝

Years of planning were put in before we reached the Groundbreaking Ceremony for Cold-Link Logistics in Providence, Rhode Island. It was a joyful afternoon celebrating the effort put in by multiple A+ organizations.

The 60,000+ ft. expansion will add 13,000 pallet positions to the existing facility.

We're grateful for the trust to build this project! Our Project Management team is hard at work now 💪

The summer is in full swing! We started the week welcoming Tippmann Construction interns with a site visit to the home of our future corporate office, CPR Training, and an evening of fun and camaraderie.

Now, they’re off to their construction sites around the country.
