Wishbone & Flynt - The Amber Room - Parker Co. Ice House - Tre Mogli The restaurant group recently opened Berry Street Ice House near Texas Christian University.

Wishbone & Flynt is the group’s first restaurant venture that opened in January 2020 and is accompanied by adjoining cocktail bar, the Amber Room. Trident Restaurant Group is poised for growth throughout Fort Worth and the surrounding area—with plans to open additional concepts in 2021.

We are looking for a full time in house accountant/CPA. This job can be remote or partially remote. It will encompass all of our concepts. Knowlege of restaurant accounting and basic knowledge of Restaurant 365 required. Medical benefits, vacation pay and 401k available.

About Trident

Nowadays, it’s common to start a story with—“it all began with a direct message.” Prior to forming a partnership with Wallace Owens and Executive Chef Stefon Rishel in 2017, Kyle Bryson had kept tabs on Chef Stefon’s rise to local fame with the opening of MAX’s Wine Dive in Fort Worth. While Kyle & Wallace were eager to tackle their next entrepreneurial venture together, they knew Chef Stefon was the missing partner for Trident Restaurant Group. Kyle messaged Chef Stefon one evening via Facebook and the rest is history.

The group’s first restaurant venture—Wishbone & Flynt—opened in January 2020 and is accompanied by adjoining speakeasy-esque bar, The Amber Room. Trident Restaurant Group is poised for growth, with plans to expand their hospitality portfolio to include approachable dining experiences throughout Fort Worth’s increasingly popular South Main district and the surrounding area during the remainder of 2020 and 2021. Concepts in progress include Berry Street Ice House near Texas Christian University (Fort Worth), Cast & Hook found in Fort Worth’s latest Hotel Revel and Parker County Ice House in Willow Park, TX.
