North Atlantic Province of the Sigma Chi Fraternity

North Atlantic Province of the Sigma Chi Fraternity Covering the Sigma Chi Chapters in the Northeast US and Canada including Bentley, Bridgewater, Maine, UNH, & Delhousie/St Mary's.

The Sigma Chi Fraternity ‘s landscape is broken up into regions, called provinces, and each province has a certain number of Sigma Chi chapters within the boundaries. There are 55 provinces in Sigma Chi, with each one ranging in size from two chapters to six chapters. The North Atlantic Province encompasses five chapters from the Northeast US and Canada including:

Krach Transformational Leadership Workshop is an opportunity for brothers from all over to develop their leadership skills and become Transformational Leaders. During their time at KTLW brothers can choose to pursue one of 3 unique accredited programs; Values Based Leadership, Servant Leadership and Authentic Leadership.

Values Based Leadership centres around applying one's beliefs and values to various decisions and obstacles encountered in life. This track focuses on aligning our values with our actions.

Servant Leadership focuses on empowering others through exercising empathy, awareness, commitment, and active listening. Servant leadership seeks to create leaders who will effect positive lasting change.

Authentic Leadership is based on self-discovery and reflection. This course seeks to strengthen brothers' capacity for self-management, resiliency and versatility.

KTLW is also an opportunity to recognize emerging leaders from several chapters across North America. Congratulations to who demonstrated their servant leadership skills by having the best single event fundraiser out of all 240 active chapters this year🔥
