Pre-Optometry Pupils at the University of Florida The purpose of POPs is to inform pre-optometry students at the University of Florida about the field of optometry and to provide insight.

The purpose of POPs is to inform pre-optometry students at the University of Florida about the field of optometry and to provide insight into what is required to be accepted into a school of optometry. POPs invites representatives from various optometry schools to present information about each school, provides an avenue for members to interact with other pre-optometry students, and facilitates community involvement in the field of optometry.
