Edventures in Biliteracy Edventures in Biliteracy is a place to get free resources, tips, and tricks for teachers and parents empowering children with the gift of two languages.

My name is Rachel Clarke and I am the founder of Edventures in Biliteracy. I began my own bilingual journey at the age of 19, after earning a scholarship affording me the opportunity to study at the Universidad de Heredia in Heredia, Costa Rica. As the first person in my family to go to college, let alone to leave the country, it was a huge leap of faith. I am so glad I chose the path I did, as it

was during that summer when I found my true passion. This is a passion that, over the years, has become both personal as well as professional. My journey has led me down the path of bilingual teacher, coach, administrator, and parent.
