🌟 A Heartfelt Thank You to District 56 Toastmasters!🌟
As we eagerly approach the 2024–2025 Annual End of the Year Hall of Fame Ceremony, we want to take a moment to express our deepest gratitude to the 361 D56 members who has RSVPed "yes." Your commitment and enthusiasm make this celebration truly special!
Registration to the Year End Hall of Fame will be closing once we reach 400 registrations-and a waitlist will begin.
Today marks the final day to submit your headshot, blurb, and how you would like your name engraved on your award. If you haven’t sent these items yet, please make sure to do so by 10 AM tomorrow, Monday. We’re excited to finalize the award orders and print the Hall of Fame program book, and your contributions are essential.
We can’t wait to celebrate your achievements on Saturday, June 28, 2025, at the beautiful South Shore Harbour Country Club in League City, Texas. This year, we have some incredible surprises in store, including something unprecedented for our district, and we can’t wait to reveal it to you!
As we get closer to the event, we’ll be rolling out more details, including a sneak peek of our Annual Year End Hall of Fame program book.
All D56 Members were sent an email last Tuesday requesting items for the Hall of Fame.
If you have not sent in requested items to [email protected], this is a quick reminder of the six crucial items we need from you by tonight, Sunday, April 20, 2025:
✅ Your Preferred Full Name (for your award)
✅ Professional Headshot (for recognition in the Hall of Fame Year End Program book)
✅ Cell Phone Number (for event updates)
✅ Best Email Address (for communication)
✅ A 50-Word Statement: Why you joined Toastmasters and why you stay (for the program book)
✅ RSVP Yes or No: Confirm your attendance so we can prepare accordingly.
