A little bit of Marrakech found its way to Ithaca last weekend 🇲🇦🌙

From the dakka and live music performances echoing across the waterfront to the mint tea, fashion & skincare pop-up, photo exhibition, and food shared under the lanterns, Midnight in Marrakech became more beautiful than we could have imagined!

Shukran bzaf (thank you) to everyone who came, supported, performed, volunteered, and celebrated with us. This night was for North Africans, for the Arab diaspora, and for anyone who knows what it feels like to search for pieces of home far away from it 🫶

We hope you left with full hearts, full stomachs, and a little bit of Morocco with you 🌴🐫

For one night, we’re bringing a little bit of Morocco to Ithaca 🌙✨

ASA’s BIGGEST cultural event of the year is back, designed to transport you to Al-Maghreb 🇲🇦 Expect high-energy Moroccan performances, authentic tagine and couscous on the table, traditional atay poured live, desserts, a photography exhibition, a traditional fashion pop-up, and a waterfront atmosphere filled with lanterns, warmth, and details inspired by the magic of Marrakech and the romance of the Sahara 🐫🌵

🗓️ Clear your calendars for Sunday, May 3. Doors open at 6:30 PM and the event begins promptly at 7:00 PM.

To secure your spot, you MUST (1) register and sign the waiver on CampusGroups first, then (2) complete your ticket purchase through Luma using the redirect or the link in our bio. Your spot will *not* be confirmed without both steps.
