Kappa Delta Pi - Rho Sigma Chapter Kappa Delta Pi was founded March 8, 1911, at the University of Illinois. It was incorporated June 8, 1911. Rho Sigma Chapter was installed by Dr. John R.

Petry on March 25, 1988. We continue to be an active chapter.
