Meet Allie! She’s our PM Barista at the cafe espresso bar and has worked for Bon Appetit at Saint Martin’s just over 2 years. Allie enjoys hiking, skiing, traveling and taking pictures when she’s not at work! If stuck on a desert island and only allowed one dish to eat Allie would choose a loaded burrito! 🌯 Come to the espresso bar tonight and say hi to Allie 😊

Meet and Greet our crew!
Meet Chef Rob! Rob has been with Bon Appetit at Saint Martin’s for almost 4 years and has worked many stations including showcase, grill and global, but most recently was promoted to our Cafe Sous Chef! During Robs free time he enjoys maintaining his small garden, working out, playing the occasional video game and of course, cooking. If stranded on a desert island and only allowed one dish to eat, Rob said his dish of choice would be tacos! Be sure to stop by the cafe today and say hi to Chef Rob!

Welcome home Saints! We are so excited for Spring Semester. And boy are we excited for the makeover at The Monk’s Bean. Due to a construction delay we will not be open tomorrow, Monday the 13th. But have no fear the espresso bar at Saint Gertrude’s Cafe will keep you caffeinated all day (open 7:30AM-9:00PM). The Monk’s Bean will resume its normal hours of operation Tuesday!
