As Pride Month begins, we proudly uplift the voices of the LGBTQIA+ community and reaffirm our support for equality, dignity, and love for all. We believe everyone has the right to love who they love, every day of the year.

This reminds us that love knows no boundaries. It calls us to honor every individual’s right to be treated with kindness and respect, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity.

Since 1920, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated has been committed to addressing the pressing issues of each era. For more than 106 years, we have stood as a voice for the underserved and a champion for marginalized communities.

This month and beyond, we commit to listening, learning, and leaning in. We invite you to join us in growing as allies, promoting inclusion, and celebrating the strength and brilliance of the LGBTQIA+ community.

Service with a smile - our community partner LARS needed needed assistance and TDZ Sorors stepped up. In addition to helping with produce delivery, they stocked and organized the food pantry. We are committed to addressing food insecurity in our community.

Zetas Go Green for Mental Health! Let's come together to observe Mental Health
Awareness Month and make a powerful statement of solidarity. Green symbolizes
hope, strength, and a commitment to ending the stigma surrounding mental
health. Join the Ladies of Tau Delta Zeta as we continue raising awareness, promoting understanding, and
fostering a culture of empathy and support.

We are excited to parter with our nonprofit entity, the Foundation and the Kappa Community Development Foundation on the 3rd Annual So Sweet Cases Initiative supporting youth in and exiting foster care in Prince George’s County. Because of your generosity over the past two years, we have been able to grow our impact and continue meeting the evolving needs of the community.

This year, we are supporting the Y.E.S. Center – (Youth Experiencing Success).

Please join us as we donate hygiene items, cleaning supplies, and school supplies to the organization. Donations start at $10, but feel free to donate more. Every contribution helps us continue providing meaningful support and ensuring needs are met for former foster youth in Prince George’s County.

Louisiana v. Callais Decision

As an organization rooted in Service, Scholarship, Sisterhood, and Finer Womanhood, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, expresses deep concern regarding the recent developments in Louisiana v. Callais and the implications for equitable representation and protections established by the Voting Rights Act (VRA).

The developments in Louisiana v. Callais threaten to undermine decades of hard-won gains by challenging district maps designed to ensure communities can elect representatives of their choice.

Through our Power of S.H.E. initiative, we approach advocacy through the lens of holistic justice. When representation is compromised, the well-being of our communities is placed at risk.

Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, remains unwavering in its commitment to protecting this progress. The work of justice is ongoing.
