Running has been my passion for years, and with this page I'd like to motivate others to stay active with me! I run Cross Country and Track with Concordia University Texas in Austin where I'm starting my Junior year. I'm also a member of the 7 Hills Running Club in Huntsville. I encourage you to follow this page and ask questions if you don't know how to start running. Please stay positive, share your successes and keep up with my journey! :)

Day 30: Technically, we're on 39 of each, but today try and do 40 lunges, push-ups, and squats and know the whole time you won't have to do more tomorrow! Today marks the last day of this 30 day challenge and I hope it helped at least one person make time in the day to exercise. 🎉🎉
